It happened when I was on a spring trip with no destination in mind. Dusk was approaching as we drove near Iwata on the Tokaido, heading towards the Kansai area. We hadn't decided on a place to stay, but we decided to watch the sunset on the coast, so we headed south along the prefectural road to the coast facing the Enshu Sea. By chance, we happened to reach the same beach where we had photographed "Driftwood'' while traveling along the coastline a few years ago. There was even some similar driftwood. There were some people walking their dogs and bicycles returning from shopping on the embankment. but we risked taking more photos.
行き先を決めない旅の途中に夕日を見るために立ち寄った海岸は偶然にも数年前に「Driftwood」を撮影した同じ浜でした。
